vkk8 Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vkk8 platform, website, mobile interface, games, promotions and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). vkk8 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting the Bangladesh market. These Terms should be read alongside the vkk8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and vkk8.

The following limits apply to all player accounts at vkk8:

vkk8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms associated with the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Free spin winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x before withdrawal unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable — only winnings derived from bonus play that have met the rollover requirement may be withdrawn.
• vkk8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time where it believes the promotion is being abused or where continued operation of the promotion is not commercially viable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at vkk8. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or vkk8 itself, including but not limited to automated betting systems or RNG exploitation techniques
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses or otherwise defraud vkk8 or other players
• Opening multiple accounts or using false personal information to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limits or KYC verification requirements
• Using the vkk8 platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or otherwise reclaim any deposit made to vkk8 through your payment provider after placing bets with those funds

vkk8 employs a range of fraud detection and security monitoring systems. Where suspicious activity is detected, vkk8 reserves the right to freeze affected accounts and withhold funds pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have any winnings forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All content on the vkk8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of vkk8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
